Great Idea Matt, How About a Repository For Robo Calls? (4.00 / 2)

DeVos is financing millions of nasty robo calls in the Governor's race. The GOP [Grand Old Pedophiles?] will place hundreds thousands more robo calls in the legislative races. And while the Republicans opposed the Governor's call to require disclaimers on robo calls, it does not take Sherlock Holmes to figure out who is behind a robo call so lets expose them. Robo calls are probably the most vicious, under the radar campaign communications out there. While the technology is designed to not leave messages on answering machines the technology is not perfect so a many robo calls are captured on voice mail and with all the digital phone systems there should be plenty of robo calls for the repository for the media and concernced voters to review.

That "child molester" mailer is interesting. Most of those photos look like they are from stock photo catalogs. If you read the License for most stock photography, it specifically says you do not have the right to slander the models in the photograph because of the potential damage to the model's career. You can't, for instance, take a stock photo and imply the model is, well, a child molester.

It would be hard to track down exactly where those came from, but you could end up with some models suing the GOP-- which would be neat.

The website not only blames her for illegal immigration, but depicts her with a sombrero and plays the Mexican Hat Dance. And, for good measure, has a thank-you note in Spanish thanking her for her pro-illegal immigration stance.

Right to Life or the MCC maybe? Any way to get phone records to see where they originated from? It would be nice to know who is doing this...

They sent it to me and my wife and we are actual Democratic precinct delegates...what does that say about their targeting ability?
